Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage capital projects for new construction or renovations in the Public Safety market sector. This role involves a combination of on-site facility assessments, design management, procurement, construction oversight, and closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership and advising clients regarding project management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience managing design and construction projects
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for site visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam
- Understanding of design/project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, Primavera 6, Procore)
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
