Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler to join their Global Excellence Centre (GEC). The role involves designing and performing BIM Modelling for a variety of design disciplines, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with other teams. It's an opportunity to contribute to both globally and as part of the globally-integrated GEC, working with experienced colleagues and supporting large-scale projects in India, Romania, and the Philippines.
Requirements
- Design and perform BIM Modelling for specific design disciplines.
- Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on design BIM standards.
- Clean up and synchronize models / drawings on a cloud collaboration platform.
- Manage CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects.
- Report progress to Principal BIM Modeler/BIM Manager.
- Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory.
- Implement QA/QC procedure North America standards.
- Collaboration with other disciplines regarding design-changes and model changes.
- Adhere to the BEP and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Prepare discipline model and/or content for BIM coordination meetings.
