Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler to join their growing Global Excellence Centre (GEC) in India, Romania, and the Philippines. This role will focus on developing, managing, and maintaining BIM content, ensuring quality control, and supporting the standardization of component libraries. The company emphasizes employee empowerment and a skills-based approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 3 years experience with Revit, family and content creation
- Advance proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Advance proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience with Autodesk UNIFI and Content Catalog is an advantage
- Familiarity with architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods
- Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650) is an advantage
