Requirements
- Support various DOT project leadership and collaboration.
- Oversee engineering and construction services aligned with project objectives.
- Act promptly to meet DOT scheduling responsibilities.
- Commit consultant engineering resources and manage project deliverables.
- Establish and manage processes for efficient project review and responses.
- Lead technical issues escalation and documentation management.
- Record and manage key decisions and document decisions for defense.
