Requirements
- Master's degree in civil engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical/mechanical engineering, maintenance, or industrial operation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally with PMP certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and transversal teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
- Strong sensitivity to safety, health and environmental issues.
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
