Job Description
The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to school leadership, maintain student and staff records, and serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience recommended
- Exceptional organization, initiative, and communication skills required
- Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Skyward, and Finalsite
