Assistant for Formation and Mission

The Archdiocese of St. Louis seeks an Assistant for Formation and Mission to coordinate formation opportunities for students, alumni, and benefactors of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary. The role involves strategic communications, event planning, and content creation to advance the seminary's mission and vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or other relevant degree area
• Master's degree in theology, religious studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Prior experience in ministry, religious education, or administrative roles in a Catholic setting
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant communications experience, especially in managing cross-channel campaigns
• Deep familiarity with the guiding documents for seminary formation (Vatican, USCCB, and KGS)
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
