Technician, Maintenance

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and custodial tasks to ensure that the buildings, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and operating properly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, custodial, or general repair work.
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies or off-hour requests.
