Assistant Plant Manager

Assists the plant manager in implementing programs that affect the overall direction and control of the ADM ANIMAL NUTRITION facility in Bulacan Plant. Ensures plant-wide adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Provides leadership in developing and maintaining a simple low-cost pelleting process.

Requirements

• An Engineer or a Technical Professional with preferably a Professional License.
• Familiar with budget setting for multiple functions, 6 Sigma, OEE systems, ISO Management Systems, HACCP, and GMP.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.
• Min 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant, including overseeing several departments.
