Requirements
- Managing and scaling our Amazon business
- Implementing strategies to increase product ranking and organic visibility of our products
- Monitoring product sales performance, reviews, and ranking and course correcting in year plans as required
- Staying updated with Amazon & other marketplace procedures and policies
- Managing brand protection efforts alongside Head of eCommerce
- Forecasting and P&Ls for each account (Amazon, D2C, and future new business)
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals and staying on target for internal gross sales and gross margin KPI delivery
- Introducing test and learn opportunities into the plan to out-perform targets
- Responsible for any WAVE initiatives required for direct-to-consumer growth
- Active collaboration with global & local commercial and brand teams
