The Engineer - Maintenance role is responsible for ensuring personal safety and compliance with plant safety standards, performing maintenance work orders, and leading a team of skilled and unskilled workforce. The ideal candidate has a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance.
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance
- Experience in Edible oil/FMCG/Process/Manufacturing industry (preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance procedures and standards
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Time management and task prioritization
