Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance, reliability, and asset management activities across one of ADM’s most significant industrial complexes in Europe.

Requirements

• Champion a strong safety culture across the maintenance organization
• Embed a food safety mindset in all maintenance operations
• Lead and develop the maintenance and reliability team
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Manage annual maintenance CAPEX and OPEX budgets effectively
• Drive bad actor elimination and implement structured reliability improvements
• Optimize spare parts management and storeroom performance
• Lead the planning and execution of annual plant shutdowns
• Work closely with Engineering to integrate Design for Reliability principles into new projects and plant modifications
