Maintenance Superintendent

Lead, mentor, and manage the Mechanical Maintenance team at ADM Erith, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.

Requirements

• Qualified to City & Guilds/NC/HNC level in an Engineering discipline
• Proven experience in an industrial maintenance environment
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience managing teams and resolving conflicts
• Communication Skills: Ability to prepare reports, communicate with management, and liaise with vendors
• Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting equipment failures
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with maintenance management software and a good understanding of MS office packages
