Maintenance & Reliability Manager (m/f/d)

The Maintenance & Reliability Manager is responsible for leading all activities in the area of maintenance, reliability, and facility management at ADM's industrial site in Mainz, Germany. The position requires a strong technical leadership personality who can manage complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and supply systems in a 24/7 production environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• At least 10 years of experience in leading maintenance functions within large industrial facilities with comparable technologies and continuous processes
• Demonstrated technical competence in the fields of mechanics and E&I
• Fluent German knowledge (mandatory) and professional English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Experience with CMMS systems (preferably IBM Maximo), KPI tracking, RCA as well as reliability methods (RCM, FMEA)
• Well-developed leadership qualities, organizational development, and change management skills
• Proactive, pragmatic, and hands-on leadership personality with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
