We are seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance and reliability activities at one of our major industrial sites in Germany. The site processes soybeans, refines food oil and biodiesel, produces lecithin, and operates a port.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading maintenance functions within large industrial plants with similar technologies and continuous processes.
- Demonstrated technical competence in mechanical and E&I areas.
- Fluent German language skills (mandatory) and professional English language skills (written and spoken).
- Experience with CMMS systems (preferably IBM Maximo), KPI tracking, RCA, and reliability methods (RCM, FMEA).
- Proven leadership qualities, organizational development, and change management competences.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and hands-on leadership personality with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
