Job Description
Market & Consumer Insights Manager role at ADM in Shanghai, China, focusing on China market and supporting APAC activities. Lead end-to-end insight programs to shape strategy, innovation, and commercial activation across priority categories.
Requirements
- 6–8 years in market intelligence, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, customer insights
- Strong APAC experience in B2C or B2B industry in FMCG, flavor house, food ingredients supplier
- Bachelor’s degree in food, Consumer Science, Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Business related
- Proficiency with market intelligence databases, qual/quant research methodologies; digital platform, social listening tool, advanced statistical analytics
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Japanese is a plus
