Job Description
Pricing Manager responsible for developing and implementing annual pricing strategy to meet margin and revenue growth requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders to support pricing activities and executes periodic and annual price increases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Food Science, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in the food ingredient industry
- Advanced degree in analytics, data modeling, statistics, or MBA is a plus
- Strong strategic thinker and leader
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage within a team-based work environment
- Computer competent with demonstrated ability in spreadsheet, database, and word processing software
- Proficient with Power BI and large ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, etc.) is a plus
