Job Description
The Pricing Manager will develop and execute the pricing strategy for EMEA Flavors, identifying product pricing, deal execution, pricing discipline and process development. The position will champion pricing with product managers and sales organization and embed a pricing and margin expansion mindset in the organization.
Requirements
- Perform price execution activities and set discipline
- Develop and execute the annual pricing strategy for assigned business and product lines
- Identify opportunities to develop pricing tools
- Support a continuous margin improvement mindset
- Work cross functionally to support pricing activities of strategic customer accounts
- Work closely with a global set of stakeholders on market conditions and material changes
- Support adoption of pricing tools and performance reporting
- Prepare and give presentations to senior leadership as well as outside customers
