The Mechanical Reliability Engineer plays a key role in managing and advancing the mechanical integrity of fixed equipment across six primary facilities, with additional support provided to other sites as needed. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, developing and implementing a robust Mechanical Integrity program, and collaborating with EHS teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or institution
- Minimum of 3+ years in an industrial facility MI, Maintenance, Reliability, or similar role
- Valid driver's license and United States Passport
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards and RAGAGEPs (ASME Section VIII, API 510, 570, 653)
- Good decision-making ability and problem solving skills
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Products and Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS)
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be customer focused and be proactive in dealing with conflict, influencing others, listening, management of priorities, organization & planning, partnering, and utilizing a proactive approach to reliability
