The Reliability Engineer - Mechanical Integrity plays a key role in managing and advancing the mechanical integrity of fixed equipment across six primary facilities. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, developing and implementing a Mechanical Integrity program, and collaborating with EHS teams and other Reliability Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or institution
- Minimum of 3+ years in an industrial facility MI, Maintenance, Reliability, or similar role
- Valid driver's license and United States Passport
- Good decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Products and Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS)
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work in a team environment
- Training and familiarity in API, ASME, NBIC and other industry standards and RAGAGEPs
- Certified as an API or welding inspector
- Experience with fixed equipment maintenance, inspection, and repair guidance
- Experience with working and coordinating with 3rd party inspection and repair organizations
- Experience with material science, corrosion, and fitness for service
- Knowledge of OSHA PSM requirements
