Archipelago is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced backend developer who is comfortable designing, developing, and maintaining complex data services, with a focus on flexibility and developer experience.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data services
• Collaborate with other engineers, design, and product managers
• Own the quality of deliverables through good design, implementation, and testing
• Take on a lead role in requirements gathering, scoping, and planning projects
• Guide and mentor junior engineers
• Ship code to production frequently
