Job Description
Arco is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the operation of flows, document processes, and monitor errors and friction points. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations, back-office, customer service, or processes, and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience with operations, back-office, customer service, or processes
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work with multiple fronts simultaneously maintaining quality
- Good communication skills for interaction with internal areas
