The Senior Analyst of Processes and Projects will ensure the health and reliability of system integrations, acting analytically and strategically to transform data into insights and optimize processes. They will be a key player in identifying root causes, implementing scalable improvements, and building reports that support decision-making.

Requirements

• A completed higher education in Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related areas
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Analytical skills to interpret data and transform insights into practical actions, ensuring the effectiveness of proposed solutions
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools, as well as Looker, to transform information into relevant and accessible insights for teams
• Ability to map and model processes, focusing on continuous improvement
