Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Processes and Customer Service Projects to lead strategic improvement projects for customer service, from conception to implementation, and implement process standardization in the customer service area.
Requirements
- Complete graduation
- Experience in project management and process improvement, preferably in the customer service area
- Analytical capacity to interpret data and generate strategic insights
- Good knowledge of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and MVP implementation
- Good skills in project diagnosis and construction of project documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with different levels of the organization
- Sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to prioritize
