Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

Join our Customer Service Team! As the face of Arena Sports, Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional service to customers by being knowledgeable in all aspects of our programs and enjoying interacting with others.

Requirements

• Become well-versed in all Arena Sports offerings to provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with customers to answer questions and problem solve
• Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and by email
• Accurately process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms
• Serve food, beverages, and concessions (must obtain a Food Handlers and MAST permit)
• Help maintain a clean facility
