Requirements
- Becoming well-versed in all Arena Sports offerings to provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborating with customers to answer questions and problem solve
- Effectively and professionally communicating with customers in person, on the phone, and by email
- Accurately processing transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale and Scheduling platforms
- Serving food, beverages, and concessions
- Helping maintain a clean facility
