• Strong expertise in various IT platforms, tools, and applications
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple priorities
• A dedication to continuous learning and professional development
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or other relevant credentials are a plus
