Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles
• Proven expertise in leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborators
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
