Nursing Simulation Lab Manager

The Nursing Simulation Lab Manager is responsible for controlling the delivery of standardized simulations policies on their assigned campus. They plan, design, implement, and evaluate instructional lab sessions with high-fidelity simulators according to College simulation standards.

Requirements

• Masters’ degree in Nursing from an accredited college (doctorate preferred)
• Current Certification in Simulation Education preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching in a registered nursing program at a college or university
• Three (3) years’ experience in direct patient care preferred
• Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
