Nursing Simulation & Skills Lab Manager

Nursing Simulation & Skills Lab Manager Needed! We are seeking a Nursing Simulation & Skills Lab Manager to join our team at our Melbourne, FL BSN campus. This is an ideal opportunity for nursing education professionals who want to leverage their simulation experience to lead the lab department and make a meaningful impact on students.

Requirements

• Masters’ degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college required; Doctorate preferred.
• Hold a current unencumbered state professional registered nurse license or compact nurse licensure relevant to the state of teach location.
• Certification in Simulation Education (CHSE) preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching in a registered nursing program at a college or university.
• Three (3) years’ experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Pre-programming and programming of patient simulators, basic troubleshooting and maintenance of simulators preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with audio/visual equipment and control software.
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office computer applications.
