Needs of assessment, clinical experience, and 2-3 years nursing experience. Home health experience is a plus. OASIS fluency/KanTime is preferred
Nurse (RN) - Home Health Full-Time 3pm-11pm
2+ yrs home care RN exp. Must have current CPR/BLS certification & valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance. Must have active driver's license and full TB test
Clinical Supervisor
RN license required. 1+ years home health experience preferred. Proficient in Medicare, CPR, and communication skills needed
