Clinical Supervisor

Arizona Home Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead and support their nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care within a home infusion and homecare facility. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Arizona RN license in good standing (BSN preferred)
• Current CPR certification, driver’s license, and vehicle insurance required
• Background clearance per Arizona state regulations
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required)
• Infusion therapy and supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Managed Care regulations
• Proficient computer and documentation skills
