Job Description
This is a part-time weekend Infusion & Home Health RN position in Maricopa County, Arizona. The role involves providing clinical care to patients with a focus on IV medication, wound care, ostomy teach, medication teach, and disease management. It offers work-life balance and opportunity for in-house pharmacy monitoring.
Requirements
- Creates plan of care in conjunction with physician orders
- Provides hands-on nursing skills and patient/family education
- Experience with infusion, wound care, ostomy, medication and disease management
