Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP) partners with communities across Arizona to build healthy foundations for youth and strengthen families. They deliver evidence-based relationship education, after-school and youth leadership programs that target prevention of teen pregnancy, substance abuse and antisocial behavior. AZYP also offers family programs that teach practical skills for healthy marriage, parenting and economic self-sufficiency, funded by the Arizona Parents Commission. By mobilizing community coalitions, AZYP creates a coordinated, prevention-focused network that amplifies resources and promotes long-term, community-wide change, distinguishing it as a leader in youth development and family resilience.
The Program Coordinator (Street Outreach) provides street-based crisis intervention services, gateway services, referrals, to homeless youth on the streets and where they congregate. Supports homeless youth transition into a stable living environment.
