Job Description
The Digital Marketing Strategist plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while also owning marketing operations, digital services, system integrations, and analytics.
Requirements
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute email, text message, and push marketing campaigns
- Research and evaluate new digital marketing technologies and trends
- Own member growth and adoption initiatives for SMS and email marketing opt-ins
- Serve as the primary owner of digital banking services usage and enrollment
- Maintain and update SavvyMoney content and rate information
- Own administration and ongoing maintenance of the credit union's digital virtual assistant
- Manage digital banking vendor relationships and platform coordination
- Monitor enrollment and usage metrics for digital tools such as SMS communications and the mobile app
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key adoption KPIs
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using Google Analytics 4 and Google Looker Studio
- Track, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
- Represent the Marketing Department on cross-functional project teams within the credit union
