Requirements
- Develops, executes, and manages social media content through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Tracks, analyzes, and interprets key performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to help bring campaigns to life and maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms.
- Manages Google My Business Pages, Apple Maps Pages, and Bing business listings.
- Works with internal departments and web developer to ensure the employee intranet is updated and implements new features and resources.
- Manages Search Engine Optimization content.
- Distributes assignments to the appropriate team members, sets deadlines for various stages of a project, and ensures deadlines are met.
- Researches and evaluates new digital marketing technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Represents the Marketing Department on cross-functional project teams within the credit union.
