Plant Manager Job

The Plant Manager reports to the Regional Industrial Director and is responsible for leading all aspects of the plant's operation, including safety, compliance, and meeting business objectives. The role involves developing and implementing continuous improvement programs, managing site performance, and ensuring employee relations and engagement. The Plant Manager will work closely with various teams, including Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales, to achieve business goals and improve quality and productivity.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in Supervision and Management of Manufacturing Operations and/or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years as a Production/Operations manager in a larger site or at least 3 years prior experience as a small plant plant manager
• Prior experience of Project Management, Process Engineering and Regulatory preferred
