Job Description
This Sales Manager role at Arkema focuses on developing customer relationships within the Fertilizer & Mining industry in Eastern North America. The position involves acting as a customer expert, negotiating contracts, and driving growth initiatives for new business. The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of maintaining key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing field sales and service to grow sales to industrial customers
- Experience commercializing new products and penetrating new markets
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering (preferred)
- Experience within Fertilizer industry (essential)
