They seek a Creative Director to join their team, working with designers and product specialists on product development and improving quality. The role involves maintaining brand identity, research market trends, and managing a team of Junior Designers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Designer (Men's or Women's fashion)
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and industry developments
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience managing a team
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
