Job Description
Array Education is seeking a Director of Finance to lead accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports. The role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in nonprofit GAAP accounting, strong technical skills, and a passion for Array's mission. The role involves managing a team and contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
Requirements
- Oversee all core accounting functions (bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger, monthly closing)
- Lead grant-related accounting and compliance
- Lead the annual audit process
- Maintain and strengthen fiscal policies and procedures
- Mentor junior finance team members
