Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning, organizational development, talent management, or a related field
- Progressive experience in designing and delivering learning programs, building leadership capability, and managing organizational change
- Strong instructional design skills and ability to engage senior leaders
- Ability to manage large-scale change, support leaders through development planning, and deliver training to diverse, global audiences
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools or visual design platforms is an asset
