Job Description
Array Marketing is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its Manufacturing and Operations teams across its Toronto sites. The successful candidate will implement HR programs, advise leaders on people practices, and champion initiatives that enhance culture, collaboration, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Progressive HR experience, ideally from manufacturing, operations, or other high-volume hourly environments
- Demonstrated success delivering HR initiatives end-to-end, navigating ambiguity, and driving measurable improvements in culture, processes, and performance
- Advanced experience in employee relations and ability to support 24/7 workforces
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to communicate insights in a way that resonates with everyone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, with experience interpreting HR data to support decision-making
