Job Description
Customer Service Representative to support sales representatives and dealers through order management, customer service, and system administration for Arriscraft Canada Brick in the Ontario and Quebec markets.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French
- 2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experience
- Experience with SAP is a definite asset
- Excellent PC skills
- Strong communication Skills, including both written and verbal communications
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player
