Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee plant operations, housekeeping, and resident satisfaction. Requirements

• Certifications and HVACC experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing, and landscaping.
• At least two (2) years of experience in apartment or multiple unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
• Criminal record check.
• Clean driving record.
