We are looking for a Culinary Director to oversee the culinary department and provide exceptional dining experiences for residents. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in senior housing or a related field and possess leadership, training, and supervision skills. The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day, and frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have at least 3 years of experience in senior housing or a related field
- Demonstrate skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership, training, and supervision
- Possess proficient written and oral communication skills
- Have completed formal culinary, food service, or restaurant training
- Be able to send, receive, and forward email
- Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
