Memory Care Director (Full Time)

We are looking for a Memory Care Director to join our team at Arrow Senior Living. As a Conductor of Culture, Talent Trainer, and Program Pioneer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest practicable level of physical, social, and psychological wellbeing for residents living with dementia diagnoses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree
• Minimum of two years' experience in dementia care or related field
• Leadership experience as a Director in a specialized dementia program (preferred)
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
