Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will manage a fabrication or sub-assembly production area, directing hourly employees to achieve production targets and company goals, while ensuring SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).

Requirements

• Supervise, coach, and support direct reports
• Use problem-solving process to identify root cause of issues and implement countermeasures
• Consistently use daily management to ensure continuous flow through the area
• Actively use visual management to monitor productivity and identify potential issues
• Define and recommend production objectives through development of short- and long-term goals
• Supervise installation and maintenance of equipment
• Ensure prompt, cost-effective, and on-time delivery of finished products
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure top quality and service
• Formulate and instill standard manufacturing practices
• Keep accurate and timely records
• Enforce safety regulations and promote all safety programs
