Arthan is a social enterprise committed to strengthening the impact sector ecosystem. We are seeking a BD Lead (Senior Manager/Associate Director: Growth & Partnerships) to lead our revenue growth and expand our services across the social impact sector.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of proven sales/BD experience in consulting, CSR, or development sectors
• Experience closing large-scale deals (4 Cr+)
• Preferred: exposure to social innovation, blended finance, or ecosystem-building
