Job Description
The Compliance Head will lead the organization's compliance function, designing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- CS/CA, Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or professional certification is a plus)
- 10 years of experience in a compliance role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in trusts, foundations, or non-profit organizations
