Requirements
- Manage and mentor a packaging engineer
- Develop strategic plans and execute innovative packaging solutions
- Lead and conduct tests/line trials on packaging concepts
- Oversee the design and development of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging
- Conduct packaging performance tests and identify areas of improvements
- Analyze and select appropriate materials for packaging
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Partner with purchasing and production departments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key packaging suppliers
